A block of rooms have been reserved on your behalf at a rate of $219 plus the $26 resort fee and 18.75% tax per night, for a check-in date of Tuesday, April 29 and a check-out date of Wednesday, April 30th. How do I make a hotel reservation?

What are check-in and check out times?
Standard check-in time is 4 PM. However, you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Early check-ins are based on availability, must be pre-arranged with the front desk, and may incur an early check-in fee. A credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.
Standard check-out time is 11 AM. Please note that late check-out requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.
Can I add an additional night to my stay?
Pre and post-nights may be available at the same rate but are not guaranteed. You may request pre or post nights during your reservation with Wine & Roses.
What is the registration deadline?
The deadline to register is Monday, April 21, 2025.

What is included with the Summit?
For Enchanted Rock’s welcome reception on April 29th and Lunch on April 30th, please specify any dietary restrictions in your registration. Please review the agenda for time and date details.
Is transportation included?
Enchanted Rock will provide transportation for the microgrid tour on April 30th. The designated area for pick-up/drop-off will be Wine & Roses. If you would like to drive yourself, please contact Addison Jump at ajump@enchantedrock.com ASAP to arrange a ride.
What if I am a government employee?
Enchanted Rock seeks to comply with ethical rules and regulations applicable to government officials and employees. Enchanted Rock believes that this event constitutes a “widely attended event.” Please note that during the event, Enchanted Rock will make food and beverages, including alcohol, available to attendees with a value of approximately $180. ERock also plans to provide attendees with business gifts like pens, notebooks and the like with an approximate worth of $50. We want to inform you of this so that you may determine if the food, beverages and gift acceptance comply with your agency’s policies or local laws. (Of course, if there is a concern, you may skip the food and beverages or gift, reimburse Enchanted Rock if required, or obtain any necessary approvals from your agency.)
