The 407,302-square-foot, Class A facility marks the first delivery within the 350-acre master-planned park, which is expected to support more than 5 million square feet of industrial development. This is anticipated to expand Enchanted Rock’s production capacity to meet growing demand across the country from critical infrastructure customers, including utilities, retailers, and data centers.
