Joel Yu joined Enchanted Rock in 2020 and serves as Senior Vice President, Policy & External Affairs at Enchanted Rock, advocating for state and federal policies improving air emissions, supporting load growth, enhancing grid reliability and resiliency, and opening up more access for distributed energy resources. Yu previously held several positions at Con Edison New York, where he focused on electric operations and energy policy for the nation’s fourth largest utility enterprise.

Yu earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Columbia University. Yu also earned a Master of Business Administration at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
